Browsing and security
Vercel hosts this website. Delivering pages and keeping the service secure involves technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times. Our purpose is to provide a reliable, secure website, based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it. The corporate website does not load advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
Preparing a brief
The brief builder keeps your entries in the current page. It does not submit them to our server, score leads, subscribe you to marketing or use them to train an AI system. You choose whether to copy the text, download it to your device or open it in your email application. Closing or reloading the page clears its draft; copies and downloaded files remain under your control.
When you email us
If you send a message, we receive the contact details, message content and attachments you choose to share. We use these to respond, assess the request and discuss possible work. For business enquiries we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective clients and partners; where you personally request steps towards a contract, those steps may also provide the legal basis. Information needed to meet legal obligations is processed on that basis. Please avoid sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Who receives information
Authorised people handling your enquiry and service providers supporting hosting and business email may process relevant information. Hosting is provided by Vercel; our domain routes business email through Microsoft 365. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Corporate pages do not query a client portal, operational knowledge base or lead-scoring service. Existing platform and API routes continue to their separate services, with their own purposes and access controls.
International processing
Our hosting and email providers operate internationally, so processing may take place outside your country. Applicable provider data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions where relevant. How long information is kept
An unsent website draft lasts only for the current page session. For correspondence, the retention criteria are whether the enquiry remains active, whether a business relationship follows, and whether records are needed for legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Hosting and security records are governed by provider retention arrangements. Contact us to ask about, or request deletion of, information relating to your enquiry.
Optional external video
YouTube or Vimeo players load only when you choose to enable an external film. The provider may then receive your IP address, device and browser information and page origin, and use cookies or similar technologies under its own notice. Stop or close the player to remove the embed. This stops further playback but does not erase information already received or cookies already set by that provider. Each new video selection asks again.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
