Vercel hosts this website. Delivering pages and keeping the service secure involves technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times. Our purpose is to provide a reliable, secure website, based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it. Optional analytics and external media are disabled unless you choose to allow them.
Optional website analytics
If you allow Analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-B017P5Q7V9. We use it to understand aggregate page use, navigation and bounded interactions such as case or service selection, video enablement and brief-preparation steps so we can improve the website. Our website code does not send the content of a brief, form-field values, your name, email address or company details to GA4. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration. First-party GA cookies are configured to expire within 180 days. You can withdraw Analytics at any time through Privacy choices.
Preparing a brief
The brief builder keeps your entries in the current page until you choose to send, copy, download or open them in your email application. If you select Send my enquiry, the browser sends the email address and brief information you chose to provide to our same-origin enquiry endpoint for delivery to hello@remotivemedia.com. The website does not score leads, subscribe you to marketing, use the content to train AI, or write the enquiry to a website database or CRM. Analytics events, when allowed, record only bounded interaction metadata and never the brief or contact-field values.
When you contact us
If you send an enquiry through the website or by email, we receive the contact details, message content and attachments you choose to share. We use these to respond, assess the request and discuss possible work. For business enquiries we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective clients and partners; where you personally request steps towards a contract, those steps may also provide the legal basis. Information needed to meet legal obligations is processed on that basis. Please avoid sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Who receives information
Authorised people handling your enquiry and service providers supporting hosting and business email may process relevant information. Vercel hosts this website, Resend provides direct website-enquiry delivery, and our domain routes business email through Microsoft 365. If you allow Analytics, Google processes the website measurement data described above as our analytics provider. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. The corporate enquiry form does not query a client portal, operational knowledge base or lead-scoring service, and it does not write submissions to a website database or CRM.
International processing
Vercel, Resend, Microsoft and, when Analytics is allowed, Google operate internationally, so processing may take place outside your country. Applicable provider data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions where relevant. How long information is kept
An unsent website draft lasts only for the current page session. The privacy preference is stored for up to 180 days. First-party GA cookies are configured for up to 180 days when Analytics is allowed; GA4 reporting data follows the retention settings configured in our Google Analytics property. Submitted enquiries become business correspondence; retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, whether a business relationship follows, and whether records are needed for legal obligations or legal claims. Hosting and email-delivery records follow applicable provider retention arrangements.
Optional external video
YouTube or Vimeo players load only after you choose to enable external media or explicitly enable an individual film. The provider may then receive your IP address, device and browser information and page origin, and use cookies or similar technologies under its own notice. Stop or close the player to remove the embed. This stops further playback but does not erase information already received or cookies already set by that provider.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
